a mini lehenga, designed to be a lighter and more easy-to-wear take on the traditional lehenga. made from soft, lightweight velvet, it features a short kurti-inspired tube top paired with a below-the-knee midi skirt with a subtle mermaid-style flare.

the blouse comes with an attached dupatta, making it easy to wear while still keeping the traditional feel of the look. the entire set is finished by hand with rows of delicate glass beads, carefully chosen to complement the main color of the fabric.

a simple tank, made a little more special with two hand-beaded hibiscus flowers. each flower is carefully beaded by hand using the Aari method, turning an everyday piece into something unique.

the hibiscus is a little piece of my India home; my mom had this tree in our garden, and I’d see it every day on my way to school and again when I came home. it was basically my very own landmark. if I saw the hibiscus, I knew that was my home.

and yes… I may or may not have occasionally eaten one too lol.

so naturally, it had to make its way onto a piece of clothing as a part of my childhood collection. a flower I grew up with, as I’m sure many of you have, now a part of my everyday rotation!

it means your piece is made just for you once you place your order. i don’t mass-produce or keep piles of inventory sitting around.
each piece is cut, stitched, beaded, and finished by hand, one order at a time.
Because it’s handmade, every piece may have its own little quirks and human imperfections — which is kind of the point!
since everything is handmade to order, your piece needs a little time to come to life!
once you’ve placed the order (deposit paid + measurements sent), please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be made, plus 3–5 business days for shipping.
